To return, please contact our customer service for instructions via firstname.lastname@example.org Monday through Friday from 9:00am -11am or from 12:00pm- 5:00pm EST.
Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned or exchanged.
If you decided that you want a refund within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund of your purchase to your credit card for the price of the item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process. A refund will be issued once product(s) have been received, shipping charges are not refundable.

Problems with an Order

A package is not considered lost until 14 business days after the ship date. Unfortunately, we must wait until after this period has passed to file a claim with the shipping company. A replacement order will be placed and re-shipped.

A Complete accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards with US billing addresses.
