We only have one life, one chance, one opportunity to develop our full potential as human beings. I know you have fears, challenges, struggles, doubts and negative beliefs that you unconsciously choose over your own happiness and peace of mind. Nevertheless, there is no need to cling to pain.
Everything starts with you. Yours is the only life you can control, and you have the power to change what you do not like. It is possible to overcome your fears, and live in plenitude. It is a matter of choice. When one’s true calling and passion are at stake, there are only two roads: conforming and staying silent, or speaking up and reaching out for your dreams. Be brave enough to take the road less travelled. It is time to overcome fear.
We women are extraordinary, capable and powerful beings; however, mental blocks limit our scope of action. Some questions we make ourselves when we have decided to work for our own goals are: Am I really prepared for this? Is this challenge bigger than what I can handle? Never doubt that you are strong enough to overcome those fears and to make your dreams come true. Don´t be discouraged if you fail a few times. Perseverance and tenacity are the answer.
In retrospect, I know that attitude accounts for eighty percent of success. Self-empowerment means bringing out that immense inner conviction that every human being already has. I encourage you to act in your favor without underestimating your capabilities. People often believe it’s bad or perverse to talk about their own talents, but this is not true. Speaking up is more than your right, it’s your duty once you know you are prepared to take on a challenge. Shake off fear and guilt, and ask yourself, what is there to lose? You already stand in the no area, so yes is the only thing you may gain by trying.
If you have decided to take the self-empowerment path and overcome your fears, here is a piece of advice:
- Love, accept, and embrace your true self.
- No matter how difficult a situation may be, never EVER lose hope.
- Be confident, and believe in yourself.
- Do not be afraid of what others think about you. You only have to respond to your own expectations. There is no need to keep demonstrating to the world that you are worthy.
- Be a life-long learner, never stop acquiring new skills; take every opportunity to broaden your perspective.
- Be a hard and disciplined worker.
- Change the way you perceive fear. Look at it as a great challenge for self-development.
- Let go of past traumas and guilt-ridden beliefs that do not serve us any purpose at all.
Fears tell lies and paralyze us. We shouldn’t let them control our actions and the course of our lives! So shake off the fears that stop you from doing things. Identify, analyze, and think about where they come from so you can know how to get rid of them. The most important thing is to decide that your fears will not be an obstacle in your process of becoming A Complete woman.
Fear and guilt are mental blocks that jeopardize your growth. What would happen if you lead a fearless life? What if, instead of being afraid, you dared to pursue your dreams?
It is never too late to embrace who you are. It is never too late for you to decide to live fully, openly, and courageously. But most of all, it is never too late to choose love over fear.
