February is the month of love, but I invite you to maintain this attitude, not only for the rest of the year, but for the rest of your life. Every single day is an opportunity to express your love to others, and to yourself. There can never be too much love in the world and it should be celebrated.
Love will give you the strength to keep moving forward and overcome any challenge. Look for that power within yourself. Awakening the love within yourself will allow you to deeply love others and change the way you connect with the rest of the world.
We only have one life, one chance, one opportunity to develop our full potential as human beings. I know you have fears, challenges, struggles, doubts and even at times negative beliefs and patterns that you unconsciously choose over your own happiness and peace of mind.
It is very hard, but you have to overcome your own fears to reveal your power and become a better human being. Every morning ask yourself: What can I do for myself to wake up my love, my joy, my gratitude, my power? And do it! It is possible if you want to. It is a decision you will never regret. Remember that everything starts with you.
But how can we transform our fears, guilts, and hardships into love?
In my experience, I have been able to do this by learning to reshape my old beliefs. They do not define who I am today. Most of us have old beliefs about whom they told us we were, how they told us to behave, think or feel. It is time to let them go, and respond to your own expectations. Do not look for your power and your happiness outside of yourself. We must start paying more attention to what really matters in life, and that is freedom, love, empathy, justice.
I have been asking myself, how can I describe what love feels like? And these are the words I found: True love is a state of absolute absence of fear, it is the freedom of not expecting anything in return, it is simply wanting to be close to what makes you happy, it is about seeing magic around you because you can only see with the heart. In the power of love we will find the answer to all our questions.
It is never too late to embrace who you are. It is never too late for you to decide to live fully, openly, and courageously. But most of all, it is never too late to choose love over fear.
